Log into the support portal
If you have an account, log in to the support portal using the login button. If you do not have an account you can still raise a ticket.
Note: If you are not signed in you will be asked to enter the email address you wish the ticket responses to go to.
Click on the Submit request
Fill out the required ticket fields and add any people you would like to be included on the ticket as cc's. They will get all updates to the ticket if you include them
As you fill out the title of the ticket, the support platform automatically suggests
knowledge base articles which may help you solve your ticket.
