Keys to Success

Opening Mediafly Viewer from Mediafly Workcenter
Start by logging into C4C and navigating to the Mediafly Workcenter Open Mediafly within C4C to start exploring content and Workspaces. Create a new collection or Workspace to prepare for a meeting or presentation.
When viewing a Visit or Account in C4C, use the Content Assistant tab to see recommended content from Mediafly specific to your current Visit or Account. Content can be tailored by industry, product, location and more. Explore the recommended content to include in your upcoming meetings or presentation.
Contact Lookup on Mediafly Shares
After presenting using Mediafly, follow-up using Shares within C4C. Create a new Share to your Collection or desired content then use the Search CRM contacts field to add recipients directly from C4C.
Use Collection Tagging to associate a Collection with a specific event or account in C4C. When viewing a Collection, use the Info tab to associate with Collection with a specific Account, Opportunity or Contact in C4C. By connecting a Collection to C4C, users will be able to view the Collection to the associated Account (or other types) within C4C.
Meetings Insights for an Account
After following up from a meeting using Sharing, use Insights to gather analytics about the Share activity. Within Mediafly for C4C, open Insights from the left sidebar. You have access to a summary views of meeting and share activity with the ability to drill down into a specific Account or activity.
Shares Insights for Contacts
Insights from Share activity can viewed on the Account and Opportunity level. When viewing an Opportunity, open the Share Views tab to see related Share activity. Insights will include an item breakdown of time spent and specific visitors.
