Mediafly for SalesLoft lets sellers quickly generate unique share links to items and collections, and insert them directly into SalesLoft cadences, templates, and emails.
Mediafly then tracks content engagement, shares, and content impact, down to the page and topic level. Shorten your sales cycles and close larger deals by personalizing your messages to match your buyers' interests.
Prerequisites
To use Mediafly for SalesLoft, please ensure the following:
- You must have a valid SalesLoft account
- You must have a valid Mediafly account
- As a SalesLoft admin, you may need to toggle the Mediafly for SalesLoft app to be "on" for your instance. Navigate to SalesLoft > Settings > Administration > Integrations, then select Integrations from Administration menu. Toggle the Mediafly integration on. Now, all your users will have access to Mediafly for SalesLoft
Using Mediafly for SalesLoft
Mediafly for SalesLoft can be used to add links to content or collections from within an Email step of a Cadence, a Template, a Snippet, or more. Anywhere where you can enter in text and have access to the Integrations toolbar button is a candidate to insert a link from Mediafly.
Opening Mediafly for SalesLoft
Tap on Integrations from the toolbar:
Select Mediafly from the integrations drop-down menu.
If prompted, enter your Company Code. You should only need to do this once.
If prompted, log in.
Using Mediafly for SalesLoft
You will then be shown this dialog:
To search for a specific item or collection of items, type in the top search box.
To browse for a specific content item in the hierarchy, tap on Browse the Content Library.
To use a specific collection, tap on View Collections.
When you tap on an item or collection through one of the three options above, you are asked to set options on your link, including password protection, expiration, and starting page. Note: not all options have been enabled for all customers.
Tap on Insert Link into Email, and your link is created into SalesLoft.
Tracking Engagement with Mediafly
Every time a recipient opens the email and engages with content within Mediafly, Mediafly tracks consumption down to each individual page and topic. And because the link is sent through SalesLoft, we already capture the email address of the recipient and do not need to ask for Visitor Information when the recipient taps on the link.
When the recipient has finished consuming the link, the SalesLoft user will receive an email describing the consumption:
