Adding graphics to Workspaces with Media Library

Workspaces allow you to design powerful, visually rich, custom layouts, to highlight the right content and information to your sales teams, customers and prospects. The Workspace Media Library is used to upload graphics to use in Workspaces. The benefit of Media Library is that the files are limited to the library and not visible to users unless they are included in a Workspace. 

Keys to success

• Use Media Library to add graphics to your Workspace like image sections, backgrounds or thumbnails for navigation
• Media Library content is private to you unless another user give you Edit access on a Workspace they created, you will also see their Media Library files
• Media Library currently supports Image files types, including GIFs
• As an alternative to Media Library, you can upload Workspace graphics and resources to a folder in Airship

Managing your Media Library

1. Log in to Mediafly

2. Open the sidebar menu

3. Click to open Workspaces menu then View Media Library

Using Media Library files in a Workspace

1. Log in to Mediafly

2. Open the sidebar menu

3. Click to open Workspaces menu then open the desired Workspace or create a new

4. Add a new Image section

5. Select Media Library from the side menu

6. Select desired file to add to your Workspace or upload a new image
