Advanced Folder Options
Mirror: Replicate a primary folder to a new location without creating a copy. Mirrors allow you to manage a single folder but utilize it in many locations
Search Folder: Allow you to create a folder whose items are dynamically populated. Users will only see matching items if they have permission to see those items in their original locations.
You can use the "Add Search Parameter" button and the visual editor below to construct simple searches. For more complex searches, click "Show Advanced" and edit the criteria directly. You will see the fields in the visual editor update as you type.
If you need a more complex query that involves multiple levels of ANDs and ORs, you can use Advanced Query input box and compose the query inside of it. Here is an example query which will pull in all items that have audience field set to Customer-facing and are either pdfs or word documents:
audience EQUALS "Customer-facing" AND (type EQUALS "pdf" OR type EQUALS "docx")
