When using Mediafly Insights, you will encounter new metrics. This article provides a simple definition for each of these metrics.
- Sales Score: This is a measure of how much an item contributes to closed opportunities. It is computed based on the number of opportunities in which the item was shown, as well as the stage of each of those opportunities. Sales Scores appear in the Content Impact insight, and are used to sort content order for Content Assistant within CRM.
- Engagement Score: This is a measure of how "engaged" a recipient was with a share link. A recipient who clicks in, spends time, accesses multiple pages, etc. will have a higher engagement score than a recipient who clicks on the link and then closes the window. This score is also used to sort content order for both Recommended Content for users, and for Content Assistant within CRM. Read here for more about how Engagement scores apply to shares.
