The Intelligence360 Platform allows you to configure which users get access to which features. This can allow you to provide reporting for admins and managers while focusing the rep experience on actions, a common choice.

Managing Features Access for Groups
-
Click Settings in the left nav menu, then click Groups under the User Management tab in the settings menu.
-
Click on a Group to open the Group profile window. Here, I clocked on the CRM User Group to display the group profile.
-
Click Feature Access. Under "Select the features that will be viewable to users in this group", you can grant specific features to that group by selecting those you want to include. All features granted are additive. This means that any features a user is granted through any group are given to them. All Intelligence360 Platform users are granted the action feed and search by default.
-
Under "Select the product features that will be enabled for users in this group", you can grant specific product features to the group's members so they can export data, create/manage dashboards, and share dashboards.
Note: Having product feature access to create/manage dashboards is different than having edit access to a dashboard. Being part of a group with product access to dashboards allows users to create and manage their own boards, if a user has access to view a dashboard, but is not an editor, they cannot make changes to that board.
To verify that the job has finished processing, you can go to Settings > Data > Jobs, the changes will take effect once the job is finished.
Verifying Feature Access Settings
-
Go to the Settings > Users
-
Click on a user to verify their currently granted features:
Note: Since features are additive per group, you may need to modify several groups to remove a specific feature, please contact support for assistance if you have trouble with this step.
