Intelligence360 uses a data-driven authorization model to determine feature and data access. As an example, this means by default, if you own opportunities, you will be added to the "opportunity owner" group. You can think of groups as a persona, with specific features.
This approach has huge benefits. When you onboard a new rep and assign them their first deal, Intelligence360 will detect that, and automatically give them all the correct dashboards, actions, and features (as well as opportunities) that are theirs! You can't forget, it just happens.
This document is to walk through how to determine which groups a user is assigned to, and what features they have.
Click Settings > Users. You should now be looking at the list of users deployed in your instance:

Let's look at the group access for one of these users. Select or search & select a user to view an individual user's profile.

Scroll down until you see "Groups" and "Features". This is the complete list of groups Duncan has. Here's a full example:

The groups identify the persona that user has, for example, Duncan selected above owns leads, opportunities, and splits, plus he forecasts, so he's an Account Executive.

Directly below is the list of "features" based on his persona.
