While we provide many pre-configured cards right out of the box, you may discover you'd like additional cards with similar data. Instead of creating new cards from scratch, it's good to know how to copy a card that's close to what you want and make small changes.
For example, you may love a card that already exists, such as Leads Touched Yesterday, Last Week, and Last Month, but have a need for a Leads Touched in the Last Two Weeks card. Instead of creating a card from the ground up, you could copy Leads Touched Last Week and simply adjust the date range from last one week
to last two weeks
, saving yourself time without sacrificing getting the data you need.
To copy and edit a card...
From a dashboard:

Click the three dots in the top corner of the existing card to edit and select edit.

Select Copy, then close the card editor. A copy of this card has been created in your card definition management page with the same title followed by COPY (e.g. Original Card Title COPY).

Click the Add Card button to add the new card to your dashboard, or click the three dots in the top corner and click Replace if you wish to replace an existing card with the adjusted card.

Find and select the copied card (e.g. Original Card Title COPY), this will add the copied card that you can now edit.

Select the three dots in the top corner of the copied card and select edit.

Rename the card to best suit the new card you want to create (this will be the title of your new, adjusted card).

Make all desired adjustments (check out Created & Editing Cards if you need assistance in making data changes).

Click SAVE. You have replaced the copy with a new, adjusted card! This card is also available with the adjustments and new title in your card definition management page for future use.
From Reports:

Click the three dots in the top corner of the card and select edit.

Make your desired changes.

Click Save or Copy.

Enter a title for the new report.

Click Create.

Your new report now exists in Reports.
From the card definition management page:

Select the card you wish to copy from the list on the card definition management page.

Click Save or Copy

Click Copy. The new, copied card will now appear in editor mode where the original card was recently opened with the original card title followed by COPY (e.g. Original Card Title COPY).

Rename the card to best suit the new card you want to create (this will be the title of your new, adjusted card).

Click SAVE. This card is now available with the adjustments and new title on your card definition management page for future use.
🚨 IMPORTANT🚨
Copying a card and editing the COPY are essential steps in creating a new/adjusted card, failure to do so could result in unwanted changes to an existing card.
