The Bullhorn integration into Intelligence360 has two phases, both of which are outlined here.

Phase 1: Obtaining Credentials from Bullhorn

You must complete this phase before proceeding to your Intelligence360 integration.

1. From the Bullhorn Resource Center, click the Tickets tab, then “Create New Ticket”

    

2. In the Summary field, type Generate credentials for Intelligence360 activation

    

3. Ensure that the category dropdown is labeled as “Marketplace”

Phase 2: Intelligence360 Bullhorn Integration

1. Login to Intelligence360

    

2. Click on Settings > All Integrations > Hover over the Bullhorn app and click Add

    

   

    

3. Under the Connection Settings tab, make sure the Poll primary integration only option is checked

    

   

    

4. In the Username/Password fields, enter the service user account credentials obtained in Phase 1

    

   

    

   Note: An api key should not be used. The only things required to connect are a username and password.

    

5. Click on the enable button on the top right

    

6. Click on the My Connection tab. You should be directed to the page below, click Activate

   

    

7. If you entered the correct username and password for the service user account, you should be redirected to the following page and data should start syncing automatically. Once you've connected, your My Connection page should show ENABLED.
