Intelligence360 can illustrate the metrics of several report types in a report as a table. (If you see the grid icon in a report's visualization section...you can switch to a grid/table view!) Sometimes it's useful to see the same data in different ways, for different purposes, so we've made it easy!

Viewing a Metrics Table

1. Open the report editor and go to the Visualization section.

2. Next to Default View Type will be a toggle showing icons for chart or table view. Bar, pie, and line chart icons will be different based on the chart type, but the table icon will remain the same. Simply toggle to the table (or grid) icon to switch the visualization. The selected icon will have a filled background.

3. Click Save.

That's it. Now your report will appear with the same metrics in a table! Anywhere you see a +/- symbol in the table indicates that you can expand/collapse data in the table.
