Update Bullhorn Credentials

Update the Username & Password for the client (NOTE: How to find username is in 3.b) - Request that the password has ONLY ONE special character a ^ in the middle of the password.

If the client is using leads & opportunities, tell Bullhorn to enable leads and opportunities for the client

Email support@mediafly.com to create the platform portal.

Support adds credentials in 1Password Vault

Once Password is received. Follow below steps to update in SA

Use VPA to login to client portal

Navigate to Settings -> Application -> Bullhorn -> Open Bullhorn2 to find the username & update the password with the new password.

NOTE: be sure to hit “SAVE AND TEST CREDENTIALS” to verify the new creds are updated and then hit the big green save button.

Once we have received the new password follow the steps in Getting Started with the Intelligence360 Platform Bullhorn Integration in the newly created platform instance.

Once these steps are completed data should begin flowing into the platform from Bullhorn
