InsightSquared pulls data from many sources and performs analytics between those sources (like actions and activity). This document should set expectations for how fresh your data should be.
How often does customer data refresh?
Every integration has a "polling interval". This is the fastest an integration will poll. In practice, however, with load and the number of integrations in flight, you should expect about 15 minutes between a source system update and when the Platform knows about the change.

Here's our standard:

Updates made in an external system should refresh in the Platform within 15 minutes 95% of the time.

Calculations based on CRM updates should refresh in the Platform within 2 hours 95% of the time.
Note: In integrations where "poll primary integration only" is selected (SFDC, Hubspot), any write-back information (from IS2 to CRM) by a non-primary user is polled once daily.
What would impact this data freshness?

Bulk updates in your CRM - If your CRM performs massive bulk updates, this will delay data freshness for your users.

High System Load - If the system is under load, we'll slow down processing to give us more breathing room. This isn't expected all the time, but it does happen. We appreciate your patience.
You can ALWAYS report issues with data freshness if we aren't meeting expectations.
When does the Platform automatically refresh data?

After adding a new property mapping from an external system to an existing content type

After changing team timezone (all data will update with the new timezone)
When might I need to manually sync all data?

After deploying multi-currency (read more here) you will need to full sync all CRM data.

If you want a change RIGHT AWAY (click update now in the upper right - this skips the line and processes within 2 minutes)
