🔐 Admin Only 🔐
If you see this warning "The integration has hit its limit for API calls" or this error: "Integration over API limit", this means the API limits set for your Salesforce integration in the Platform will soon be (warning) or have been (error) reached. To resolve the error, your Intelligence360 Admin can manually adjust your API limits.
Integration warnings are visible under Integrations in your profile (Settings>Profile>Integrations) and in your Salesforce integration settings before you hit your API limits, allowing you to make these adjustments before receiving an error.
Managing API Limits
Click Settings > All Integrations
Click on Salesforce to open its settings
In the Connection Settings tab, click on Manage API Usage to expand the API manager. From here you can:
View API calls in the last 24 hours:
Current Intelligence360 Limit (shown here to be 20,000)
Maximum API calls available in Salesforce (shown here to be 108,000)
Used by everything else connected to Salesforce (shown here to be 17,116)
Used by this Intelligence360 workspace (shown here to be 3,440)
Adjust API Limits:
Adjust the amount in the text box highlighted red below, under "Set the limit for Intelligence360" to change the current API limit
Next to the adjustable API you can see the Max API calls available in SF (shown here to be 108,000)
Pro tip: hovering over the API calls bar also shows API call info & Intelligence360 limit
Increasing API Limits should resolve an API limit error.
