The Intelligence360 Platform provides Admins the ability to add multiple email aliases to an individual user. This allows all of the data collected from a user's multiple email addresses to be recorded in the Platform to that one individual user. An Alias is an email address that is added in addition to a user's main address that is listed in their user profile.

Adding an Email Alias

Go to Settings > Users

Select the user by searching and/or clicking on their name in the user management list to open the user profile

Click on a user to open the user profile window

Scroll down and click the + button next to Email Aliases

Enter the additional email address(es) you want to be recorded back to this user

Click Save

Need to remove an alias? Simply follow steps 1-3 above to get back to the user profile window and click the X next to an alias.

A user can have unlimited aliases, but all aliases must be unique, not only to the user but across the entire organization. The same email address cannot appear twice across multiple users.
