🔐 Reset Password is available to Intelligence360 Admins Only 🔐
If an Intelligence360 user needs a password reset, it must be done by their Admin.
Resetting a User Password
Go to Settings > Users
Select the user by searching and/or clicking on their name in the user management list to open the user profile.
Click Reset Password.
A confirmation window will appear, click Reset Password. A password reset will be emailed to the user's main email address as listed in their user profile.
