Intelligence360 provides an easy onboarding flow for new users, all available from the user management panel.
Click Settings in the left nav menu, then click Users under the User Management tab in the settings menu.
You should now be looking at the list of users deployed in your instance, click the + New User button to get the new user on-boarding form.
Enter their name, their email (needs to match their CRM email address) and decide if they are an admin, then click add. After you've added the new user they will get an email within a few minutes.
Note: you can create disabled users for future on-boarding, though this is not common.
Click on the users name to review their automatically assigned groups.
Let's look at the group access for one of these users. I can search for the name of the user I need. Here I've searched for "Duncan" and get one result.
Clicking on Duncan's name gives me his full user profile. Scroll down to review that users groups and feature access, to ensure they will have a good on-boarding.
