🔐 Enabling/Disabling Content Types is available to Intelligence360 Admin only. 🔐
Admins can now enable or disable a content type so that the content type will either appear (enabled) or no longer appear (disabled) in the left navigation menu and all reports, dashboard templates, groups, and actions tied to that content type will be shown or hidden from an Intelligence360 Platform instance. This simplifies what is and is not available in the library and makes creating new reports easier! Disabling content types immediately hides the related reports, re-enabling them makes the reports visible again.
Having the ability to hide content types that your org isn't using removes unnecessary options from your report configuration, making reports easier and faster to find and create. This gives you control of what's available to your org's user, like disabling content types specific to a CRM you're not using or specific content types not applicable to your business model. (Or vice versa.)

Example: disabling all OOTB Lead reports and actions for a Hubspot/SFDC/Bullhorn customer that doesn't use them.

Example: Disable all Bullhorn content types for a SFDC/Hubspot portal. Now your users don't have to sift through any Bullhorn-specific content to find exactly what they need.

Example: Disable product line items for a SFDC/Hubspot customer that doesn't use products.

Example: Disable Splits for a SFDC customer that doesn't use them etc.

How to Disable Content Types

Click Settings in the main nav menu on the left

Click Content Types under the Data tab in your Settings

Disable a content type by toggling to "off", Enable by toggling to "on"
You will see a confirmation window pop up letting you know when a Content-Type definition has been disabled (or enabled).
