How does Intelligence360 treat activity by team members?
It's quite common for internal company activity to need different treatment than prospect facing activity. For one, it has a different security posture (interval communications can be more sensitive), but also it's not a primary metric you need to track in a sales management cadence.
Intelligence360 provides ways to manage this:
1. Team Domains
Team Domains tell Intelligence360 which contacts to treat as internal

No activity will be tracked against contacts matching team domains

Users of Intelligence360 will be automatically added to the team domains list

This is important as it also drives integration settings for Gmail and Office365.
2. Ignore Internal Email/Meetings

Based on team domains, Intelligence360 will ignore all email and meetings that ONLY include team domains (which we consider internal communication). This will ensure internal meetings and emails are not stored in Intelligence360.
