Intelligence360 takes a standardized approach to analytics and there's nothing more standard than the end of your fiscal period. Team timezone will allow Intelligence360 to return the same answer for any given report for every user of the product.
Note: Changing it will cause a full sync of data from the CRM.
To support teams in various time zones, Intelligence360 provides a "team timezone" option.
Access your team settings by clicking here or go to Settings > Team Settings
Under Calendar Settings you should see a Timezone option
From the Timezone dropdown, pick the timezone that matches your end of quarter.
You should be able to answer the question, "What timezone would cause a deal to be booked next quarter not this quarter?"
You should be able to answer the question, "What day was an email sent on, today or yesterday"
Intelligence360 returns the same answer for these questions to every user of the product. This means a user in Australia or a manager in the USA will always get the same bookings, or the same activity totals from reporting, even though they are half the world apart.
