Attachment/File Activity Types

InsightSquared supports tracking activity types including files and attachments. We filter attachment types to ensure that the attachments we track are business related communications. Below is the list of supported types.

Each file with a valid extension will be identified as a "file" or "inbound attachment" or "outbound attachment" in the system.

File Activity

• match using the account name for the folder the file exists in, or the file name for supported integrations

Attachment Activity

• match using the contact/lead email, or account contacts or opportunity contacts using the email to:/from: data.
