Some words, such as company names or specific industry terms, aren't actually English dictionary terms, therefore we need to train InsightSquared Conversational Intelligence to understand them!
🔐 Creating Custom Vocabulary is available to Admin Only.
Let's use a common example to create a term! We've all heard the term "B2B" and probably understand that it means "Business-to-Business". But if we didn't know that and simply heard someone say "B2B"...the closest literal translation from ear to brain may be something like "be to be". It's the right words, it sounds the same when spoken but could result in varied search results through a call transcription, right? Creating a term with an alternate pronunciation ensures that your transcription will correctly interpret any mention of "B2B".
1. From your IS2 Conversational Intelligence Settings, select Vocabulary then select Add a term.

2. Enter the term (ex. B2B)

3. Select a language ("All Languages" is an option)

4. Enter the alternative pronunciation (ex. "be to be")

5. Click Save.
