Business is cyclical - sales cycles, fiscal cycles, etc. and you probably find yourself communicating the same information, with the same people, on a regular cadence. Now you can schedule the sharing of dashboards and reports! Automate the task of sending out daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports with a set it and forget it approach to keeping your team up to date.
Check out Sharing Dashboards & Reports if it's your first time sharing, in this article we'll focus on the scheduling aspect.
Note: you can share your data with anyone, including anyone that does not have i360 access to that dashboard or report, any links to your portal will not be accessible by non-users or users that do not have access to that specific dashboard or report.

Schedule Automated Email

Once you have the share window open, click on the Send {date information} section to expand the scheduler.

Configure your desired email cadence in the window below:
Note: Scheduled emails will send at 9am of the team timezone in accordance with your configuration.
Repeats
-
Never: dashboard or report will be emailed once, immediately upon clicking "send"

Yearly: (example:Send this dashboard yearly, on the second Tuesday of January)

On: select specific date OR
-
On the: select first, second, third, fourth or last then select a day of the week
-
Of: select month
-

Quarterly: will send at the beginning of every Fiscal Quarter (based on your org's fiscal settings)

Monthly: (example: Send this report monthly on the 15th)

Select how often by number of months
-
On day: select date of the month OR
-
On the: first week, second week, third week, fourth week, or last week then select day of the week

Weekly: (example: Send this dashboard every 2 weeks, on Thursday)

Select how often by number of weeks
-
Select day of the week
-

Daily: (example: Send this report every 3 days)

select how often by number of days

Next Occurrence
Based on the schedule configuration, the next occurrence will be listed. If the configuration is incorrect, for example, the end date precedes the next scheduled occurrence, it will say "No Valid Next Occurrence Date".
Ends

Never: the email will remain on the schedule forever

After: you can decide how many times the schedule will repeat

On date: you can select a calendar date for when the schedule ends
3. Click Schedule, sit back, and let us do the work for you!
Scheduled emails will send at 9am of the team timezone in accordance with your configuration.
Manage Email Schedules
Once you've created a schedule, you can always come back and make adjustments to the email itself and to the schedule.

Go to Settings > Shared Reports > Select the schedule you want to update
Note: Admins can see all recurring reports in the system, users can only see their own recurring reports.

Click Shared Insights to update recipients and/or edit the email subject/body
Note: You must have at least one email address entered in the "To" section before saving.

Click Schedule to update the schedule settings

Click Save
