Intelligence360 provides an easy way to track licenses for users. All access and authorization for Intelligence360 is tracked via groups. This document should walk through the different ways you can add users to specific license tiers, and then report on who's in those tiers.
First, go to your team profile then click Groups
Now you are viewing your active group list:
Note: Based on the licenses you've purchased, your deployer should have pre-created your license groups, but the full list is always available via the "+add" button
Each Group allows you to set membership, and set feature access. Here's an example view for the Enterprise License. Every member of the group will get these features by default.
To add a new member to the group, click "membership" and then search to add the new person.
Changing license groups requires Intelligence360 to update data, and you can monitor the progress from the "jobs" page as an admin
Now that you have your licenses set, there are two places you can report on this:
1) People Report (note: use the "groups" property in your filter set)
2) Insights Cards (note: use the Generic CRM User Insight card template) or use the "CRM User by Platform Group" OOTB report.
