Intelligence360 provides flexibility over how activities are defined and tracked. It's possible to enable or disable activities for each content type, and the platform will display only the enabled properties. If no activities are enabled for a given content type, then Activity by Day will be hidden.

You can access Activity Settings by clicking here OR go to Settings > Activities.

Now you will see the list of all enabled activities for your instance. You can see an Off/On column on the left that shows which activities are enabled: enabled activities are toggled On, disabled activities are toggled Off.

Content Types Enabled by Default for Activity by Day:

• Accounts

• Opportunities

• People

Content Types That Must be Enabled for Activity by Day Reporting:

• Contacts

• Leads

To disable an activity, toggle the enabled/disabled flag to OFF.

To add a new activity, click the "+add" button in the upper right.
