The InsightSquared platform calculates a whole series of analytics tracking activity and engagement per record. It does so as part of a "context".
There are 4 primary content types that calculate a context today:
-
Account
-
Opportunities
-
Contacts
-
Leads
For each of these 4 types, the system will track activity and calculate a set of engagement metrics to track the health of the relationship. These engagement metrics are specific to the relationship that's being built for the record.
