If someone else schedules your Google Calendar meetings, they can still be synced with InsightSquared Conversational Intelligence.
Google Calendar has the concept of an event Creator and an Organizer. For InsightSquared to recognize the meeting as yours, you need to be both the Organizer & the host of the call recording, but anyone in your team can be the Creator.
How to give someone access to create meetings on your calendar?
Ask your Google Administrator if this is already set up, otherwise, the Creator can follow these simple steps to set up a Google :
1. Open Google Calendar
2. On the left, find the My calendars list, click the carrot to expand
3. To the right of the calendar you want to share, click the three dots
4. Click Settings and Sharing
5. Click Share with specific people

6. Click Add People and enter the email address(es) of the person with whom you want to share
7. Click Permission and choose "Make changes to events" from the drop-down menu
8. Click Send
If you shared your calendar with an individual email address, they'll see your calendar in their "Other calendars" list. If you shared your calendar with an email group, they'll see the calendar in their "Other calendars" list once they click on the link in the email invitation from Google Calendar.
How do I set up Google Calendar meetings for someone else & make them to the Organizer?
Once the Creator has been given access to set up meetings for someone else, they can create new meetings on their calendar.
The Creator can set up the Google Calendar meeting and then change the Organizer by clicking on the three dots in the top right corner of the meeting, and selecting "Change Owner."

The new owner will then receive an email to accept the meeting and become the Organizer. Once you are the Organizer, you can then add a call recording link to the meeting and this ensures your meeting will be synced in InsightSquared Conversational Intelligence.
