Camera & Mic Access on Mac

If you've granted InsightSquared Conversational Intelligence access to your camera or mic but are still receiving an error that IS2 cannot access, you may need to update your device settings.

On Mac OS:

1. Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy

2. Select the Privacy tab

3. Ensure that your browser (e.g. Google Chrome) is selected for access to both your Camera and Microphone. Your IS2 conference runs through the browser, so your browser must also have access to these tools for your meeting.

If you do not see the Camera or Microphone Permission options, you'll need to update to the latest Mac OS. You can download the latest version of Mac OS here.
