How do I automatically record my internal meetings in Zoom and stream them into InsightSquared?

1. In the IS2 Platform, go to Conversations > Profile > Settings > Recording

2. Toggle the “Record internal meetings” button to "ON"

How to turn off the automatic recording for my internal meetings in Zoom?

1. In the IS Platform, go to Conversations > Profile > Settings > Recording

2. Toggle off the “Record internal meetings” button to "OFF"

Can I manually stop the recording/stream if the meeting has already started?

Yes, you can manually stop the recording/stream using the meeting controls. If the meeting is upcoming, turn off the recording in the "On Demand" tab.

Important notes:

• This applies to scheduled meetings only (we cannot tell if ad hoc / instant meetings are internal as we have no way of knowing if additional people are going to join - in this case you should turn off streaming in the call itself).

• Make sure you are logged into your Zoom account and Zoom app before the start of the meeting. If you are not, you won't be able to pause/stop the recording if you want to.

• If you have an internal meeting with more than one InsightSquared user, keep in mind that only the host could pause/stop the recording.

• This applies to InsightSquared Conversational Intelligence streaming only, not Zoom recording - you'll have to turn off Zoom recording separately.

Useful tips:

• If more than 50% of your meetings are internal, turn off the automatic recording option in your profile.

• If you have scheduled meetings and you apply certain changes to your recording settings, please check if there are any you have previously toggled in the Dashboard.
