Intelligence360 makes it easy to inspect your pipeline and other data by automatically analyzing your sales activity and process.
Creating filter sets, or preconfigured data reports that you can edit and save, gives you the ability to slice and dice your sales pipeline and sales activity data, providing real deal intelligence.
You create or select an existing filter set anywhere you have a listed report; Leads, Contacts, Accounts, People, Opportunities, Reports, etc. Clicking on the title of the current filter set or clicking "Select Filter Set" when there is not one already selected will display your list of saved filter sets, including sets shared with you by others and filter sets that were created for you right out of the box.
To create a filter set:
From the zero state (report with no selected filters), click Select Filter Set to open the filter set library
Add desired filters
Your new filter set will now exist in the filter set library
From the zero state, click on the Add New Filter button
Add new filters until you have created the set of filters you want, during this process the "Select Filter Set" button will change to say "Unsaved Filter Set"
Then click Save Changes
You will then be prompted to name the filter set and Save. Your filter set will now be available in the filter set library.
Here is your blank slate for building your filter set using either of the approaches above. A filter set is comprised of filters based on data IS2 collects or calculates. There are dozens of possible filters, allowing you to create reports that match your current CRM reporting and extend to include activity and process.
Click the "+ Add Filter" button to get a list of properties to use in your report.
You build your filter set by selecting properties that you are interested in. For example, you may be interested in finding opportunities that are closing by a specific date, of a particular type, that have been not been touched in the past # of days, the following properties would accomplish this:
