The one thing you should know...

Multi-segment Goals

Goals have become even more powerful with multi-segment options. You can select multiple segments on goal cards to provide rollup visibility on your overall attainment against several segments. This means not only tracking total attainment & gap to goal, but goal attainment itemized by your custom segments! This feature is available in reports for all goals by time and by person.

Ex. Overall attainment against 3 goal segments (New Business/Expansion/Renewal)

Here's what you can expect when multiple segments are selected:

• Attainment bars will be split by segment

• Reports will display totals of forecast and goal numbers for each segment and represent them as a single data point

• The order of the splits will display in order, eg., first selected segment should always be the first split and so forth and colors will be consistent between intervals

• Everything is itemized in the hover

Three more things to know...

Percentage of Goal a Forecast Represents

You can now view the % of goal that a forecast represents in the hover for a goal report. This allows you to see if your forecast will allow you to hit your goals for each individual completing a forecast.

Hot Tip for Forecast Accuracy Improvement

We've covered the concept of zero being GOOD in your forecast accuracy, but what happens if you book a negative amount? Any negative bookings will show up in your accuracy as 200%. (Remember, 0 is good, so 200 max is bad.)

New Groups

• Content Share Owner: Show content views and shares to a user that owns the content or the CRM account, opportunity, contact, or lead. This is part of the Mediafly integration.

• Recording by Type: Expanding Groups with access to CI data and who can see it on dashboards
