Pre-populate Dates

Intelligence360 allows creation of dates for population into actions. This means we can do things like:

• Automatically schedule future tasks 

• Automatically generate or push close dates

• Set target dates for specific actions

Let's walk through some examples:

Here's a basic example for the "Close Date in the Past" action:

For this example, we are displaying the current close date to the user.

But what if we wanted to set it to "10 days from now"?  That would look like this (note: no spaces):

Or, what if we wanted it set to today? We can use pre-computed variables. Click on the "+" icon to display the option. In this example, I searched for "date t" keyword in the search field to bring up all relevant variables:

This is a basic example of how to use pre-population of dates.  All dates are handled in Intelligence360 the same way, so this works for both instant and data driven actions.
