Configuring Actions provides the ability to assign work to a member of your sales or account management organization. By default, this will assign the action (when it fires) to the owner of the record. You can ensure that the assignees receive notification of a triggered action via email, Slack, or other integrated communications.
Send notifications to users
In the Audience section of an Action configuration, you can enable "Send notifications to users" to send notifications of triggered actions to assigned users via your enabled communication, like Slack or email. If you select "immediately", a notification will be sent to users immediately upon the action being triggered.
