If you see this warning "The integration has hit its limit for API calls" or this error: "Integration over API limit", this means the API limits set for your CRM integration in the Platform will soon be (warning) or have been (error) reached. To resolve the error, your Intelligence360 Admin can manually adjust your API limits.
Integration warnings are visible under Integrations (Settings>My Settings>Integrations) and in your integration settings before you hit your API limits, allowing you to make these adjustments before receiving an error.
Adjusting API Limits
Note: Before adjusting API limits in Intelligence360, we recommend consulting your CRM's API Limits in the CRM to determine a safe limit.
Click Settings > All Integrations
Click on your CRM to open its settings
In the Connection Settings tab you will adjust:
Daily API Call Limit - we recommend doubling the existing limit
Weekly API Call Limit - we recommend doubling the existing limit
The increased API Limits should resolve the error.
