Mediafly's Revenue360 engine can integrate its multiple solutions to support activity reporting for Contact, Account, Lead & Opportunity Content Shares and Content Share Views. Here we'll integration your Engagement360 solutions with Intelligence360 .

🚨 IMPORTANT 🚨

This integration requires Intelligence360 to get some information from the Engagement360 engineering team before it can be enabled, please contact Support to request your Engagement360 Product Id and Access Token before continuing.

Engagement360 Integration

1. Go to Settings > All Integrations > Find Engagement360 & click Add

   

    

2. Complete the integration connection settings:

   1. Integration Name: Engagement360

   2. Number of Months to Sync: defaulted to 15 months, but you can adjust

   3. Product Id: obtained from Intelligence360

   4. Access Token: obtained from Intelligence360

   5. Click Enable

       

      

       

       

3. Click My Connection tab and click Activate

    

    

4. The integration may take some time, click Jobs to monitor its progress. Once the integration has synced data for the Number of Months to Sync selected above, Content Share & Content Share View activities will be tracked in the Platform.
