What Engagement360 data can I report on Intelligence360?

Content Share

A Content Share record occurs when someone in Mediafly's Engagement360 content management system hits the share button and sends to a prospect/customer.

Properties: the Content Share data you can report on in the Platform (think of the columns in a report)

• Shared by Name - person that shared

• Shared by Email - email of person that shared

• Share Type - Mediafly “share type”

• Share Date - date the share occurred

• Collection Name - if applicable, name of collection shared

• Share Name - name of the share

• Total View Duration - total time the share has been viewed

• Engagement Score - score from Mediafly on the record

• Related CRM Ids - ids of the CRM object to relate to the share (this is what we use to link the share to the CRM object)

Content Share View

A Content Share View record occurs when a prospect/customer interacts with a content share

Properties: the Content Share View data you can report on in the Platform (think of the columns in a report)

• Viewed By Name - name of who viewed it

• Viewed By Email - email of who viewed it

• Item Title - title of content viewed

• View Duration - how long the view session lasted

• Engagement Score - engagement score of the view session

• Item View Date - date in which the item was viewed

• View Location - geographical location in which the item was viewed

• Related CRM Ids - ids of the CRM object to relate to the view session (this is what we use to link the share to the CRM object)

• Number of internal views

• Number of external views

• Number of internal viewers

• Number of external viewers

• Viewed externally

• Related Account Names

• Related Opportunity Names

Content Share Groups

Content share/view groups support reporting on content share/view activities and allow admin to define a filter / add a user manually.

• Content Share by Type: Shows content shares of a configured type to users assigned to this group

• Content Share Owner: Show content views and shares to a user that owns the content or the CRM account, opportunity, contact, or lead

• Content Share View by Type: Shows content share views of a configured type to users assigned to this group

Content Filters

Content filters in a group configuration allow admin to restrict content that is visible to group members.
