This integration requires Intelligence360 to get some information from the Coach360 engineering team before it can be enabled, please contact support to request your Coach360 User Id and Password before continuing.
Coach360 Integration

Go to Settings > All Integrations > Find Coach360 & click Add

Complete the integration connection settings:

Integration Name: Coach360

User Id: obtained from Mediafly Support (specific to your Coach360 instance)

Password: obtained from Mediafly Support (specific to your Coach360 instance)

Number of Months to Sync: This determines how many historical recordings to add to the reporting data - this is defaulted to 15 months, but you can adjust

Max Items Per Poll: defaulted to 1500, this should not need to be changed unless you are working with your implementation partner

Page Size: This should not be changed from 100

Click Enable

Click My Connection tab and click Activate

The integration full sync may take some time, check the βanalyticsβ tab to see what data that has been loaded so far.
