Energy Scores
Energy Score provides a calculated percentage of the level of activity, or energy, your org is putting into earning business, giving you a constant state of awareness of how involved your team is and where more energy is needed to win.
You can even manage your energy score by adjusting the weight of importance of each activity, allowing you to control how much weight each activity carries to best suit your process.
You can see the current energy score for a record, the score at the end of a selected period, and even previous scores and weekly averages in Activity by Day.

Five more things to know...
New & Improved Filter Pills
Our Filter Pills are better than ever! They still provide dynamic reporting and the flexibility to slice & dice your data exactly as you want to see it, but now have:

Improved Organization: an established order and color of the filter pills makes it easier to see which filters are active, which are hidden, and easy access to adding new filters

Report Filter Summary: hovering over the report title in the filter pill section will produce a summary of a report's active filters and a brief summary of what's being filtered

Easier to user filter widgets: simpler type ahead, easier scrolling, and clear, visible editing options make it easy to find exactly what you need

Improved Column Visibility: one click displays all filters included in a report, and clearly distinguishes which are visible/hidden
Export Custom Hierarchy
When updating a customer hierarchy, you need a .csv version of the hierarchy to edit. Previously that meant keeping up with the original .csv file that was generated when the custom hierarchy was first created (still a viable option if you have access to the file).
Now you can export your current custom hierarchy to a .csv file, make & save your changes, and re-import to the Platform to update. It's important to know that when you choose this method, the data is exported only as IDs so all edits will also need to be made as IDs.
Mapping Display Option for Currency with Cents
Currency fields as columns on reports are typically rounded to the dollar. However, for certain values, seeing the exact value is important so we now offer an option for input/output display types called Currency with Decimals in the Property Mapping window.

Mediafly Integration - Report on Content Shares & Content Share Views
InsightSquared’s Mediafly Content Engagement integration supports activity reporting for Contact, Account, Lead & Opportunity Content Shares and Content Share Views from your Mediafly content management system.
This integration requires IS2 to get some information from the Mediafly engineering team before it can be enabled, users will need to contact Support to request your Mediafly portal Product Id and Access Token before continuing.
