The one thing you should know...

You can now view content grid reports on cards!!!!

The new content grid card visualization displays reports ON the dashboard! Previously this required a drill into a card...just imagine your dashboard equipped with its current visualizations AND full reports. You can scroll through and inspect your data right on the dashboard. As always, you can click the card to drill in for more inspection and dynamic reporting. Two more things to know...

Forecast Variables in Goal Headline Cards

Having forecast variables on goal headline cards and in subtitles gives you yet another visible metric on dashboards. This means having immediate insight into Forecast Value and Forecast % of Goal data!

Closed Period Properties

Our close period properties allow you to compare close date data by interval to a larger sample and comparable periods, providing you with valuable insight into your performance trends.

  • Close Year: year the opp close date is in (eg. 2022 = 2022)

  • Close Quarter: 1-4 for the quarter the close date is in (eg. 4 = Quarter 4)

  • Close Period: 1-12 for the period/month of the year the close date is in (eg. in calendar months, 3 = March and in fiscal periods 3 = the third month of your fiscal year)

  • Close Day: day of the year the close date is in (eg. in a calendar month 2 = January 2 and in a fiscal calendar 2 = the second day of the fiscal year)

UI / UX Improvements

We are constantly striving to improve your Platform experience so each day is even better than the last, most recently:

In a list of checkboxes, the unselected options were previously lighter than the selected options, the new darker version makes the options more clear.

Arrows (or carrots) now point downwards when the dropdown list is collapsed and upwards when the dropdown list is expanded, a more common experience for users.

Visual improvements to content grids where "no XYZ value" is a lighter grey than real data, showing more distinction between cells with/without data.

Bug Fixes

We love keeping open communication with you and value all forms of feedback. Here are a few bugs that came up and were fixed by our awesome Engineering Team to keep your business running smoothly!

These cards are created out of the box for you based on best practices and can be edited or copied and adjusted to best fit your needs. We have over 350 reports built for you right out of the box. See them live here.
