The one thing you should know...
We have separated out columns and filters to simplify managing each one.
Now, you can add columns to any report from a single “columns” button. Below are links to videos and documentation around the enhancements. Filters are now simpler, and only show when they are actually filtering results.

New activity timeline panel
The new and improved activity timeline in the detail inspection panel is absolute 🔥. See all activity related to a record in a visual that makes it easy to determine which activities are incoming, outgoing or mutual, when the activity took place, who was involved, and even expand for more information.
This view differentiates, in chronological order, inbound/outbound/mutual activities by position and includes activity related data and the option to expand for even more information.
