Pre-populate Checkboxes

Intelligence360 allows the creation of checkboxes for population into actions. This means we can do things like:

• Set a checkbox for "contract uploaded" 

• Automatically sync detected activity

Let's walk through some examples.

Checkbox:

Select the most appropriate option and you are off to the races.

Checked - Action form will be checked by default, but can be updated by the user.
Un-Checked - Action form will be off by default, but can be updated by the user.
Pre-populate with existing value - Copy the "checked" or "unchecked" state from another checkbox.
