Pre-populate / Create Lookup Picklists

Intelligence360 allows the creation of lists for population into actions.  This means we can do things like:

• Set main contact

• Set SDR User

• (any contact lookup)

Let's walk through some examples...

List:

1. Select List

2. Select a list that action supports (most support Account contact list as an example)

3. Select the properties you want to display 

4. Select the Payload Value  (Note: This will always be "externalId" for Lookups in Salesforce)
