Intelligence360 Platform's automated Actions can improve efficiency and allow you to focus on moving your business forward, assured your designated actions are running smoothly. Intelligence360 Predict allows you to configure when and how these automations occur.
Configuration
The Intelligence360 predict configuration can be found on almost all action prompt configuration settings. Automation requires all template variables to have a value set.

Let Intelligence360 automatically complete this action (Intelligence360 Predict)
When enabled (switch is in the green position) the given action configuration is allowed to attempt to automatically run the generated actions. If this toggle is solely enabled the configuration can automatically run if, and only if, there is a single assignee to this action and an assigned user has “opted” into this particular action configuration automatically running on their behalf.
Always: Let Intelligence360 complete this action with no opt-in required
When enabled (switch is in the green position) this will automatically enable the Intelligence360 Predict options above. This toggle will remove the condition on Intelligence360 Predict that the single assignee must be “opted” into this particular action configuration. Intelligence360 Platform will attempt to run the action even if the user did not opt into the action.
Multiple Assignees: Let Intelligence360 complete this action, with opt-in, for each audience member
When enabled (switch is in the green position) this will automatically enable the Intelligence360 Predict options above. This toggle will remove the condition on Intelligence360 Predict that there be no more than 1 assigned user to the action. This toggle will allow the same action to be automatically run for multiple assigned users. This is particularly helpful for sync email actions where you want to credit every team member on the email with the activity, not just the opportunity owner.
Lifecycle
For every action that is generated in Intelligence360, we look at its configuration and attempt to automatically run that action. There are a handful of things that could prevent this from occurring successfully.
Known Intelligence360 Predict Configuration Related Errors
For any of the below error cases the action will not be automatically run and will instead appear as if we never tried to run it in the users feed. Typically, these actions just need some user intervention to run successfully.
No Users Found Error
This will occur when the user we are trying to automatically run for is not an Intelligence360 Platform user. This can happen when an action is assigned to an opportunity owner that is not an Intelligence360 Platform user. We will still generate the action but will not be able to run it on their behalf for obvious reasons.
Missing Pre-population Error
This error will occur when either a form item has no pre-population data at all or a single variable in the form pre-population cannot resolve. For example, if the action is trying to create a new task but has not supplied a task description, then we will error. Another example, if the action is trying to create a new task and the task description pre-population is a collection of multiple variables and if any of those variables are unable to resolve, then the action will not attempt to run. This is an attempt to prevent bad data from being written to a system of record due to configuration issues.
Intelligence360 Predict Misconfiguration Error
This error will occur if the generated action cannot be run with the supplied Intelligence360 Predict configuration (See the configuration section for more information). This will occur if:
-
Intelligence360 Predict is not enabled for the action configuration at all
-
There are multiple action assignees and the Multiple Assignees option is not enabled for the action configuration
-
The user the action is trying to run for is not opted into the action and Always is not enabled for the action configuration
Integration Disabled Error
This error will occur if the user the action is attempting to run for does not have an enabled integration for the target system of record.
Unhandled Intelligence360 Predict Errors
An unhandled Intelligence360 Predict error is mostly an error from the system of record when we are trying to write to that system. For example, if an Intelligence360 Platform user attempts to update a CRM record that violates a CRM validation rule, then an error will be returned to the user and visible in the actions feed. The same thing applies to Intelligence360 Predict actions. If there is a system of record error when attempting to automatically run an action, we will record the error and put the action in the actions feed for the user to attempt to make right for themselves. Every time there is an unhandled Intelligence360 Predict error the engineering and support team at Intelligence360 is alerted and we confirm or deny that the error is our fault or the fault of bad configuration we can fix for the team.
