Intelligence360 tracks every action it recommends through a lifecycle. Actions are recommended and then resolved by external factors (outside of the action framework) or via the action itself. InsightSquared audits every change to your CRM system we perform. Let's dig in.
From the actions admin settings, select the action you want to work with. (Settings > Actions).
Click on the "analytics" tab.

-
Action Analytics Window: Select a range (1W/1M.. etc.) to view action completion rates over that time frame. The example above is all actions in the last 3 months.
-
Completion Summary: 91 actions were recommended and are still active in the last 3 months, and 92.47% of them were completed.
-
Completion by Interval: Show the completion rates by day/week/month..etc depending on the analytics window you've selected. Different colors represent different end status's for the actions themselves.
-
Interval Summary: Show the total count of completed, recommended, and dismissed actions, color-coded by status. This is important for later.
Note: Actions that were resolved by external data changes (i.e. automatically resolved) do not show on this report. Only actions still active, or completed through the system are shown here.
Scrolling down from the action analytics summary provides the audit list of all actions and their current status. As shown you can filter to a single status or search the generated list.

Each action shows the same color code from the graph above:
Completed: Green
Active: Orange
Error: Red
Dismissed: Blue
Each Action allows you to complete the action as an admin or dismiss the action on the assignee's behalf.
Clicking an action: This will load a left pane inspection view showing the generated action currently being recommended to the user, or that was completed. This allows you to spot-check what was completed at the time, or review what's being recommended now. As an admin, you can also complete actions here.
This should give you a great view into what the platform is automating on your users' behalf.
