The Intelligence360 Platform will be available 99.9% of the time (measured availability 99.99% last 12 months)
Page Load Performance

Reports should load within 8 seconds - 95% of the time

Reports: anything with a listed report such as Opportunities (Pipeline), the inspection of a card, etc.

Non-report pages should load within 5 seconds - 95% of the time

Non-report pages: any page that's not a report (above), including settings, summary boards, action feed, etc.

Embedded pages will load with no more than an SFDC page load + 2-second delay over the native experience
