Intelligence360 Service Level Objectives (SLO)

Intelligence360 is a powerful revenue intelligence system with many capabilities. This document describes the experience and performance targets of the system. If you feel we are not meeting these expectations, please report it to our support team and we will investigate.

System Availability

• The Intelligence360 Platform will be available 99.9% of the time (measured availability 99.99% last 12 months)

Page Load Performance

• Reports should load within 8 seconds - 95% of the time

  • Reports: anything with a listed report such as Opportunities (Pipeline), the inspection of a card, etc.

• Non-report pages should load within 5 seconds - 95% of the time

  • Non-report pages: any page that's not a report (above), including settings, summary boards, action feed, etc.

• Embedded pages will load with no more than an SFDC page load + 2-second delay over the native experience

   

Data Volume from 3rd Party Systems

• Intelligence360 will process up to 500k records daily

  • Note: High Volume bulk update scripts can impact the user experience by delaying data freshness

Data Freshness from 3rd Party Systems

• Users can view changes from 3rd party systems within 20 minutes - 95% of the time

  • Note: On-boardings have increased latency because of the large volumes of data

• Users can view platform calculations based on data changes from 3rd party systems within 90 minutes - 95% of the time

   

Data Freshness from InsightSquared

• Updates made within the Intelligence360 platform will be available within 10 seconds - 95% of the time

• Calculations based on changes made within Intelligence360 will be available within 3 minutes, 95% of the time
