How do you know if an integration has failed? You will get an email letting you know an integration has disconnected, see a notification in your Actions feed or you've simply noticed that one of your integrations isn't working. We can help.
You can check an integration's status by clicking Settings in the left navigation, then My Settings.
Look under Integrations or Recommended Team Integrations on the right side of the page; an integration with an error will have the error listed in red font next to the integration name.

Re-activate / Activate the Integration
You can connect the integration three ways, select the option that best fits your situation:

My Actions feed asked me to reconnect or activate an integration

I got an email notification about the integration disconnection
Re-activate / Activate Manually

Go to Settings > My Settings

In the Integrations section, click Enable next to the integration

Click Activate, then complete the flow of signing back into the integration service and allowing Intelligence360 access
Re-activate / Activate through my Actions Feed
You have a notice in your Actions feed about a disconnected integration that needs to be reactivated, or telling you to activate an integration:

Click activate or reactivate/reconnect

Complete the flow of signing back into the integration service and allowing Intelligence360 access
Re-activate through my notification email
So you got an email from support@mediafly.com telling you that an integration has been disconnected. Now what?

Click the Connect Now button in the email to open the integration

Click the activate button

Complete the flow of logging back into the integration.
