In this article, you will learn: how an Admin of an existing Jira instance can enable the Jira integration in the Intelligence360 Platform.

Intelligence360 Configuration Steps:

1. Click here or go to Settings > All Integrations

    

2. Search for atlassian.net OR jira and click Add on the JIRA (Atlassian) icon, then click the icon to open the app settings

    

   

    

3. Enable the Atlassian Jira app

   1. Set your Host URL (this is your JIRA domain url)

   2. Ensure that Poll Primary Integration Only is enabled (it should be by default)

       

   

    

4. Click Enable

    

5. Once you've enabled - click activate to start collecting data!
