So you're in Implementation, you've tested the Platform out in your CRM Sandbox, and now you're ready to green light the move to your Production CRM. Use this guide to remove sandbox data from your Intelligence360 instance and integrate with full production. This will ensure that the data we are pulling is only coming from production, preventing sandbox data and duplications from being included.
Go to Settings > All Integrations > Select CRM
Open the My Connection tab, then under Delete Integration click delete
Open the Connection Settings tab, then under Remove Content click remove to permanently remove all content from Intelligence360
Click "Search" and monitor the changes in records, paying attention to CRM data such as Opportunities, Accounts, etc. until you see that all previous CRM data has been removed from the Platform
🚨 IMPORTANT 🚨 You must complete this step to ensure sandbox data is no longer pulled into the Platform. Continuing in the same browser, navigate to your CRM, log out of your CRM, then log back into your production instance.
